Personal data collected through this website and during the provision of services are the responsibility of Revolt Group, legally domiciled in Mendoza, Argentina. This policy applies to all infrastructure management, software development, and digital identity administration services offered by the company.

We distinguish two types of information: (a) Client Data: Billing information, corporate contact, and server access credentials (RCON, SSH, Panels) necessary for technical management. (b) Navigation Data: IP address, access logs, and technical cookies for site security. NOTE: Revolt Group DOES NOT process nor is responsible for personal data that the Client decides to host within managed servers (e.g., Minecraft player databases), acting in such cases merely as an infrastructure processor.

Access credentials (Root, Admin) provided by the Client for infrastructure management are stored in encrypted vaults and are accessible only by Senior-level technical personnel under non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Revolt Group uses these accesses exclusively for maintenance, update, and incident resolution tasks, and never for data mining or commercial purposes.

We use your data for: (a) Contractual execution of the network administration and development service; (b) Billing and tax management; (c) Sending critical notifications about security or server status (Downtime Alerts); (d) Legal defense against potential illicit uses of the infrastructure (DDoS Attacks, Phishing) originating from your services.

Since we operate with global infrastructure providers (Oracle, HolyHosting, AWS, Cloudflare), the Client accepts that certain technical and traffic data may be processed on servers located outside Argentina (mainly USA and Europe), guaranteeing that said providers comply with international security standards.

Contractual data will be retained for the duration of the service and subsequently for the period required by Argentine tax laws (5-10 years). Server access credentials and backups are irreversibly deleted 30 days after contract termination or rescission for non-payment.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, you must send a formal request to legal@revoltgroup.com.ar, attaching a copy of your official identification.

Our site uses strictly necessary cookies for technical operation and security (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use behavioral advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to third parties.

Revolt Group reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments. Updates will be published on this website and, in case of substantial changes, notified by email.
